Intestabilis
   • Intestabĭlis (юр.), особый, более мягкий род infamiae: intestabilis в наказание терял право быть свидетелем и привлекать других к свидетельству, так что он даже не мог делать завещания. Schol. ad Horat. Sat. 2, 3, 181. Так назывались, по XII таблицам, пасквилянты. В более обширном смысле intestabilis назывался бесчестный, презренный человек (Sall. Iug. 67. Tac. ann. 15, 55), и обыкновенно при этом слове стоит слово improbus.
